Reserved journeys : if cancellation of reserved journeys is made within 72 hours of the start of the booked trip, an amount of 50% will be charged in the amount of the price of the trip. If you cancel within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged. 

Invoice payment : the payment period of 15 days following the invoice date must be respected. 

Payment : all journeys must be paid upon leaving our cars, with the exception of previously billed trips.

Refusal of 'certain' persons : we reserve the right to refuse access to our cars to 'certain' persons. Reasons for this can be of various kinds; too drunk, too dirty, aggressive, people who can compromise the safety of fellow passengers and / or good morals.

Pollution of the cars : severe pollution of our cars must be compensated. For example, if a car is puked in, it must undergo a deep cleaning. For this cleaning, which includes 3 days immobility for drying, a compensation of 1250 Euros will be charged to the client. In our cars, smoking, eating or drinking is of course prohibited. 

Non-payment of the ride : in the event of non-payment of the ride - unless otherwise agreed - the nearest police station is automatically driven to, and an official police report will be drawn up at the station.
